**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy Development**: Create and implement regional sales plans that align with company goals.
- **Team Management**: Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives to achieve their targets.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Track sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to meet objectives.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- **Market Analysis**: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and risks.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular reports on sales performance and provide insights to senior management.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment on sales initiatives.
- **Budget Management**: Manage the regional sales budget and allocate resources effectively.
- **Develop and Execute Sales Strategies**: Create and implement effective sales strategies to drive the adoption of the Aroma and sleeping system among hotels and spas also new propetiers.
- **Build Relationships**: Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including hotel managers, spa directors, and property owners, to promote our wellness solutions.
- **Conduct Presentations**: Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and unique features of the Aroma and sleeping AI system.
- **Client Support**: Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale, ensuring successful implementation and satisfaction with the AromaPod Pro system.
- **Collaborate with Marketing**: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and events that enhance product visibility and sales.
- **Achieve Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics, providing regular reports and updates to management.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the hospitality, wellness, or related industries.
- **Proven Track Record**: Demonstrated success in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and achieving sales targets.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- **Self-Motivated**: Highly motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Overtime

Supplemental Pay:

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM8,500.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
