- Check order or request from Site Supervisors through Whatsapp Group and arrange transportation for goods and materials
- Arrange lorry transportation schedules
- Prepare delivery order (DO) for lorry bring goods and material to site
- Key in DO to system (Autocount)
- Check and prepare stock card (for goods and material)
- Prepare PR for request goods and material (Additional stocks)
- Check and monitor excavator and crane location
- Monitors workers at store (for daily work)
- Prepare and updates excavator and machinery site location listing
- Prepare machinery listing location for account department (every month)
- Check and booking inspection puspakom for lorry and crane before due date (every 6 months)
- Arrange with runner Puspakom for transportation inspection
- Arrange with JPJ for Roadtax transportation
- Arrange with runner PMA for renew PMA Licence (for all units crane)
- Renewal for store MPAJ License
