Administrative Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and responsible for day to day administration activities, e.g.: filing, photocopying, mailing, telephone & other necessary paperwork related to HR, sales, purchases & accounts.
- Prepare and organize documents, including purchase orders, delivery orders, bills, invoicing, credit notes, data entry for stock, delivery arrangement. Tracking delivery orders, invoices and other related paperwork.
- Handle administration of personnel records, leave and attendance records.
- Responsible for processing claims, diesel / toll expenses.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, compiling weekly / monthly reports on sales, purchases and other relevant data.
- Prepare management reports required & provide performance reports for management as required.
- Liaise with external parties, e.g. local authorities, MPK, KWSP, SOCSO, etc. as & when required.
- Any other duties or responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.
**Requirements**:
- Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Pulau Indah,West Port Klang.
- Own transport
- Must be resourceful & able to work independently.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
