**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws
- Support employee relations and handle HR-related issues
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage performance appraisals and training programs
- Ensure health and safety compliance within the workplace
- Provide HR support and advice to management and staff
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an HR Officer or similar role
- Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred)
- Proficiency with HR software and MS Office
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
