Stag Match Institute is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Partnerships & Business Development Manager to drive client growth through strategic solutions and effective market entry strategies. This role combines consulting, sales, and business development to deliver tangible results for our diverse client base.
This role focuses on driving revenue growth through strategic corporate partnerships, business development, and client consultancy.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales & Business Development**:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Generate leads and build relationships through effective tele-calling.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- **Corporate Partnerships & Client Management**:
- Cultivate and manage strong corporate partnerships.
- Provide strategic consultancy to clients, tailoring solutions to their needs.
- Maintain excellent client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction.
- Facilitate business matching for clients.
- **Marketing & Branding**:
- Develop and implement marketing and branding strategies.
- Create innovative marketing ideas across various platforms.
- Achieve marketing and sales operational objectives.
- **Operational Excellence**:
- Prepare and execute action plans, ensuring product quality and high customer service.
- Identify and resolve problems, analyzing trends for improvement.
- Determine and implement system improvements.
- Manage marketing and sales financial objectives, including budgeting and reporting.
- Attend corporate meetings and exhibitions.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of experience in corporate sales, business development, strategic planning, business management, corporate leadership, and financial decision-making.
- Proven track record in corporate sales.
- Proficiency in English, BM, and Chinese.
- Strong MS Office skills.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques.
- Fast learner with a strong passion for sales.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Ability to develop and execute business plans.
- Willingness to work flexible hours.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
