**Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within targeted corporate accounts.
- Promote and sell IT solutions, including software, hardware, managed services, and digital transformation offerings.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and deliver tailored proposals.

**Account Management**
- Manage a portfolio of key corporate clients, ensuring long-term relationships and account growth.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, resolving client issues and coordinating support across internal teams.

**Strategic Planning**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration goals.
- Work with product, technical, and marketing teams to align offerings with market demand.

**Sales Operations & Reporting**
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and business reviews to senior management.

**Team Collaboration**
- Liaise with solution architects, pre-sales engineers, and delivery teams to close complex deals.
- Collaborate on proposals, RFPs, and commercial terms with internal stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA is an added advantage.
- **Experience**:

- 5-8 years of B2B or enterprise sales experience in the IT industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing corporate clients.
- **Technical Knowledge**:

- Familiarity with IT solutions such as SaaS, cloud computing, cybersecurity, infrastructure, ERP/CRM systems.
- Ability to understand technical products and translate them into business value.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM7,500.00 - RM8,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- English (preferred)
