Customer Service Executive

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:70%: Live-chat, 30%: Call & E-mail
Handle all social media interactions including:
- Helping customers with their service issues, providing accurate information and ensuring closure for all cases, including those escalated outside of the team.
- Respond to user inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
- Help with ad-hoc projects and tasks (social media & customer care related).
- Edit, proofread, and distribute content in a multi-channel environment.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
- At least have SPM/UCE/O-Level/SKM Tahap 3.
- Diploma and Degree in any field.
- Experience and knowledge of Social Media Platform
- Excellent English and Mandarin _**(Speaking, Listening, Read & Writing)**_
- Ability to work rotating shifts (including weekends and public holidays)
- Typing Speed**:Minimum** **40 Word Per Minute (WPM)**:
- Age Group: 18-45 years old.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
