**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**Job Descriptions**
- Assist the development and execution of the organization's business development strategy.
- Identify and evaluate growth opportunities, including partnerships and market expansion.
- Drive new deals including the preparation of business proposals.
- Build and maintain key client relationships, including negotiations and contract management.
- Collaborate with senior management on overall business strategy.
- Assist to develop business development staff.
- Cold calling potential customers and building relationships.
- Establishing customer needs and selling products/solutions accordingly.
- Work from a define list of prospects to sign long-term partners for the car park business.
- To ensure that the business survey is performing in conformity to the project's requirement and to adhere to the department's required standard.

**Job Specification**
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required; advanced degree and relevant certifications highly preferred.
- Experience: 3+ years of progressive business development or sales experience in retail industry or relevance.
- Skills: Strategic thinking, excellent negotiation and communication skills, ability to influence at the executive level.
- Required to possess strategic business insight and analytical skills to conduct site surveys and assess potential conversion into a car park.
- Location: Central (Petaling Jaya) and Northen (Island)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
