RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES:

  • Research and identify potential markets, partnerships, and business opportunities to drive company growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business success.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, contracts, and negotiations to secure deals.
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and other teams to align business goals and strategies.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, business initiatives, and market developments to management.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION LEVEL & MAJOR

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

  • At least 1-3 years of working experience as an Assistant Business Development Manager or in a relevant role.

REQUIRED LANGUAGE

  • Proficient in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Proven sales track record.
  • Experience in customer support is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Market knowledge.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport.
  • Time management and planning skills.

WORKING HOURS & OFF DAY

  • Monday to Friday
  • Flexible working hours
