Job Description:

Sales Execution:

  • Lead by example in prospecting, presenting, pitching, and closing sales deals.
  • Assist team members in generating and managing leads, pitching, conducting product demonstrations, and negotiating contracts.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.
  • Address escalated customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner.

Team Leadership:

  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to develop the skills and capabilities of team members.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze sales team performance against targets and KPIs.
  • Set clear performance expectations and KPIs for the team.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales metrics, trends, and accomplishments to senior management.
  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.

Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Collaborate with sales management to develop sales strategies and objectives.
  • Assist in setting sales quotas and targets for the team.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams to align strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, facilitating effective communication and coordination.

What We're Seeking:

  • Experience in Corporate Sales/B2B, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in an advertising agency (preferable), with at least 2-3 years in a management role such as a sales manager or supervisor.
  • If you're fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia, you are destined for greatness with a wider audience. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Negotiation skills, Presentation Skills,  Corporate Communications, Critical thinking Skills, Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Development of Training Materials, People management skill
  • Task prioritisation and Time Management
