**Position: Maintenance Support Specialist**

**Company background: Oil and Gas Industry**

**Tenure: 1 year contract (Renewable basis)**

**Location: Damansara heights**

**Working Hour: Normal Working Hour**

**Salary: RM 8000 - RM 10,000**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive facilities management plan to ensure the efficient operation of all office facilities
- Monitor and evaluate facility performance metrics, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Coordinate and oversee facility renovations, expansions, and construction projects, including planning, budgeting, and project management
- Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in facilities management and make recommendations for continuous improvement and innovation
- Manage the facilities budget, including forecasting expenses, monitoring expenditures, and identifying cost-saving opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to understand their facility-related needs and requirements and ensure effective communication and coordination
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, health, and environmental regulations, including OSHA and local authority requirements and standards
- Coordinate preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure the longevity of facilities and equipment
- Supervise facilities staff, including maintenance technicians, frontdesk, janitor, driver/mailroom and security personnel, and ensure that all work is performed safely and efficiently

**Job Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, business administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in facilities management, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in a leadership or middle level management role
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Excellent project management, budgeting, and financial management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in facility management software and computer-aided facility management (CAFM) systems, CMMS, IWMS or EAM software.
- Proficiency in AutoCad or related field is a plus

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
