_**Exciting Opportunity: Customer Service Executive, Immediate Hiring (November Batch)**_

**What We Offer**:
**Basic Salary**: RM 2,000.00- RM 2,500 per month

**KPI & Attendance Allowance**: RM300-RM500

**Total Salary Range**: RM 2500-RM 2800 per month

**Location**: Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya
- Conveniently accessible via LRT Ara Damansara Station
- FREE shuttle service from the LRT station to the office on a selected schedule

**Job Scope**:

- Taking ownership to solve challenges faced by customers and clients' partners;
- Assist and resolve customers' inquiries with general concerns related to company's products/services

**Working Hours**:
**Shifts**:Monday to Sunday (morning, afternoon, and night shifts)

**Schedule**: 5 working days with 2 days off (based on shifts)

**Daily Hours**: 9 hours per day (8 working hours + 1-hour break)

**Earliest Shift**: Starts at 9 AM

**Latest Shift**:Ends at 8 PM

**Requirements**:

- Possessed and passed SPM with at least minimum credits for BM and Sejarah;
- Fresh graduate/ SPM leavers are encouraged to apply;
- No experience need; full training provided;
- Excellent command of English both spoken and written.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
