**What You'll Be Doing**
- Collaborate with the sales team on pre-event planning and communication to ensure smooth event execution.
- Organize transportation, manage event crews, and handle other logistics for exhibitions.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to meet event objectives.
- Create and manage event budgets, tracking expenses to stay within allocated limits.
- Prepare detailed event proposals, reports, and post-event reviews.
- Oversee on-site event setups and manage activities to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during events or exhibitions.

- Preferable with 1-2 years of working experience in the related field.
- Proven track record and experience in sales & marketing.
- Good in interpersonal skill, negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to think out of the box.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin are an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
