To manage and oversee general office maintenance, upkeep, and repairs
- To manage courier service items
- To oversee petty cash
- To arrange utility bill payments
- To handle all bill payments and license renewals
- To assist with company event arrangements, such as roadshows and stock check-ins at Infineon
- To handle ad-hoc delivery tasks and collections from/to customer locations
- To provide support to the sales team in their absence
- To undertake any additional tasks assigned by the Line Manager as needed
