Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Service: Greet customers, answer client enquiries via face-to-face, WhatsApp & phone calls, and handle customer feedback.
- Sales Support: Handle the sales hotline and provide support over the phone.
- Leads Nurturing: Conduct weekly follow ups and reactivate lost leads.
- Leads Reporting: Track daily inbound lead reports.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare daily sales reports.
- Data Management: Maintain customer records, update sales databases, and ensure data integrity.
- Sales Event Support: Assist in the planning and execution of sales events and exhibitions.
- Other Administrative Tasks: Support the sales department with other administrative tasks as needed.
- Showroom Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized sales floor. Inform management regarding any defects or wear and tear of showroom facilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
