Customer Service Executive

Support service backend operations and toner alerts.
- To identify queries of customer needs and assist to resolve service and toners issues.
- Assist with clearance requirements for service technician and delivery crew.
- Ensure smooth delivery of toner and relocation arrangement with respective departments.
- Managing spare part order and transfer.
- Assist with administrative work as and when required.
**Requirements**:
- Working knowledge of Customer Care and proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Words, Powerpoint
- Communicate and interpersonal skills
- Follow-up skills
- Working experience with SAP System knowledge.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
