**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions, payroll and permit.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and manuals
- Identify relevant employees' training programs and facilitate for the implementation throughout the organization.
- Provide guidance and advice on employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other HR issues
- Maintain effective discipline and good Industrial Relation.
- Hands-on matters related to Government Agencies.
- Responsible for the monthly payroll processing of the company and timely submission of statutory requirements
- Stay abreast of local labour regulations and industry trends to provide factual advice to management

**Requirements**:

- Diploma holder / Degree holder with at least 6-8 years of related working experience and at least got 2 years above payroll experience in manufacturing environment
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Resourceful and highly self-motivated.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Willing to be based in Senai

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM5,800.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
