Mainly to Drafts, formats, key in, compile, prints, update and follow up relevant documents & systems Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence Handle requests and queries appropriately Produce reports, presentations and briefs Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records. Arrange postage/courier documentation to client/supplier/or any relevant document.
