**Human Resources**:

- Assist in the processing of monthly payroll and ensure accuracy.
- Monitor staff attendance and prepare monthly reports.
- Manage statutory contributions including EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, EIS, and HRDF.
- Maintain and update staff movement records, leave records, and personnel files.
- Implement & coordinate employee training programs and maintain documentation.
- Support policy development and documentation initiatives.
- Facilitate company-wide committees and HR-related events.
- Assist in preparing employment contracts, confirmations, terminations, and other HR matters.
- Implement procedures for document management, workflow, filing, and office supplies.
- Support the staff annual appraisal process.

**Administration**:

- Assist in the registration and renewal of staff insurance.
- Receive, verify, and process staff claims through the HRSB ONE system.
- Maintain and update company credentials and official documents regularly.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, including insurance, office equipment, service maintenance, transport, company certificates, project LOAs, and more.
- Oversee office maintenance and equipment management.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by immediate superior.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Admin or a related field
- Preferable with 2 - 3 years working experience in similar position
- Strong organizational, administrative, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
