Company Secretary

Ensure the company complies with all statutory and regulatory requirements under the Companies Act, 2016 and other relevant laws.
- Prepare and file statutory documents with SSM (Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia) including annual returns, resolutions, and changes in directors/shareholders.
- Maintain and update statutory records, registers, minutes of board/shareholders' meetings.
- Organize and attend board and general meetings, including preparation of agenda, notices, and minutes.
- Liaise with directors, auditors, regulators, and external parties on corporate secretarial matters.
- Advise the board and management on corporate governance practices and procedures.
- Handle incorporation of companies, changes in company structure, and other secretarial tasks.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant deadlines and requirements.
- Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
**Requirements**:
- Licensed Company Secretary (MAICSA / SSM Practicing Certificate).
- Strong knowledge of Companies Act and related regulations.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin
- Attention to detail, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant secretarial software.
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent
- At least 5-7 years working experience in relevant industry
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
