Due to internal mobility we are hiring a HR Manager to join the leadership team in Malaysia. Responsible for the Malaysia and Singapore HR strategy and operations, the role demands a passion for people, an agile attitude and a commitment to enabling people full potential to support the delivery of operational excellence and business success.

The Mission:
- To have a clear vision on the current Divisional strategies with regards to HR to ensure there is an up-to-date and competitive staffing strategy and plan, supporting business needs. Work actively to attract, select, recruit employees and then to introduce them (with the purpose that they become integrated and productive as quickly as possible).
- To align the Group HR strategy and provide HR support to managers. Be responsible to Implement HR Policies and people management processes according to The Way We Do Things.
- To provide strategic direction and assistance to managers in the areas of recruitment, retention, staff and organizational development, performance management, etc. To liaise with line managers to deal with staffing issues, meanwhile, to ensure HR policy and procedure is well-understood and accepted at all levels.
- Establish and maintain a salary structure for the Company that supports the effective recruitment and retention of top talent using IPE.
- Implement and maintain relevant database and systems for administration of People Management processes.
- Help to identify training needs in operations with the Business Line Manager and organize necessary training for the employees.
- Manage the payroll and to ensure the payroll is completed according to the legal compliance.
- Assist, implement and manage any legal compliance along with General Manager and Business Controller.
- Be a key member of the Company’s Management Team: Care and be a driving force for the Company’s overall performance and image with respect to HR.
- Manage projects and events as assigned to assist with the management of the total company.
