HR & Admin Executive

Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records, including personal files, attendance, and leave records.
- Prepare and process monthly payroll, including overtime, allowances, and deductions.
- Support the implementation of performance appraisal systems and manage performance reviews.
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies, handbooks, and procedures.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and utilities to support smooth operations.
- Maintain and organize administrative documents, including licenses, contracts, and SOPs.
- Act as the point of contact for internal communications and coordinate with external stakeholders, including vendors and regulatory bodies.
- Assist in managing HR and office inventory, such as uniforms and employee tools.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
