3. Payroll twice a month - Complete report for government contribution (eg : EPF, Socco & etc) - Complete report for finance department (SPM, Levy & etc)
4. Update and upkeep office documentation - Personal file (Staff)
5. Attending employee issue : i. Disciplinary, ii. Warning Letter
6. Handling claims (Petty Cash) for employees
7. Preparation of appraisal form and letter for : Confirmation, promotion, yearly increment, bonus and letter of offer for new staff
8. Update documentation for Notice Board
9. Update extension and speed dial number
10. Monitoring for security guard
11. Monitoring and ensure workers wearing uniform, safety shoes and PPE while on duty
12. Monthly manpower report
13. Checking all documentation done by assistant, clerk & dispatch eg : - Training record - Related issue of foreign workers
14. Planning for manpower replacement (foreigner end of working permit) - Direct foreigner/local employee/subcontract
15. Round and checking company premise
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
