Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, while also overseeing tender management processes. Your role will involve coordinating the preparation and submission of tenders, ensuring compliance with requirements, and fostering strong relationships with clients. Additionally, you will provide crucial support to the Group CEO by conducting research, preparing reports, and assisting in strategic decision-making. Your ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stay updated on industry trends will be essential in driving revenue growth and achieving the company’s overall objectives. Job Description -Identify and analyse potential tender opportunities aligned with our business objectives. -Research and understand the requirements of each tender, including evaluating project scope, budgets, and timelines. -Collaborate with internal teams to develop winning tender strategies, ensuring compliance with client requirements. -Prepare and coordinate all tender documentation, including proposals, bid responses, and supporting materials. -Lead and manage the end-to-end tender process, ensuring timely submission of bids. -Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, clients, and partners. -Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring favourable terms and conditions for the company. -Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to tender management. Requirements -Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (Minimum Experience 2 years) -Strong knowledge of business development strategies, market analysis, and sales techniques and have willingness to learn and develop their professional and personal skills. -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset and the ability to identify new business opportunities. -Willingness to travel as required to meet clients. -Strong presentation and negotiation skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels. -Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently with mínimal supervision.
