- Responsible for reviewing and updating the HR Policies, Procedures, Guidelines
- Assist Director in managing of Staff Disciplinary
- Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution
- Maintain HR systems and processes
- Conduct performance and salary reviews
- Provide support and guidance to HR staff
- Analyze trends in compensation and benefits
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
