Proton Sales Team Leader

To lead and supervise the Proton Sales team to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets. The Sales Team Leader plays a key role in motivating, coaching, and guiding the team, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving overall branch sales performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Sales Advisors to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Plan and execute sales strategies and activities to drive showroom traffic and increase conversion rates.
- Monitor daily sales performance and provide regular reporting to management.
- Guide and train new and existing Sales Advisors on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
- Assist in organizing roadshows, test drive events, and other promotional activities.
- Manage customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to align promotional efforts with sales goals.
- Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one coaching sessions.
- Evaluate team performance and provide feedback for improvement and development.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma or equivalent; a Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is an added advantage.
- At least 3 years of experience in automotive sales.
- Strong knowledge of Proton models, features, and financing options.
- Proven leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Sales-driven, self-motivated, and customer-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools.
- Possess a valid driving license and own transport.
