Proton Sales Manager

Train, develop, and lead a team of automotive salespeople to achieve high performance and exceed sales targets.
- Set clear sales goals, monitor progress, and motivate the team to meet and surpass established quotas.
- Provide coaching on best practices for closing deals, and offer ongoing guidance to enhance individual and team sales performance.
- Forecast sales trends for upcoming months and quarters, ensuring effective planning and resource allocation.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues as needed, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate and lead regular sales meetings, fostering open communication and alignment within the sales team.
- Develop and maintain a CRM platform to nurture existing customer relationships and identify new sales opportunities.
- Ensure a strong focus on customer satisfaction, delivering exceptional service and follow-up.
- Prepare regular performance reports for dealership management, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
**Additional Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to design and implement promotional campaigns that drive sales.
- Analyze sales performance data and customer insights to refine sales strategies and support decision-making.
- Provide ongoing training and support to sales staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
