We are seeking an organized and compassionate Operations Coordinator to join our team at a leading residential addiction treatment facility. This role is crucial to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting clinical staff, and providing a high standard of care for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the facility, including maintenance and upkeep, safety, and compliance with regulatory requirements

Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment for clinical and residential needs

Oversee the coordination and scheduling of operational staff at the facility

Liaise with clinical and support staff, clients and their families, as well as professionals from external organizations, to ensure effective communication and efficient coordination

Coordinate patient intake, scheduling, and discharges

Maintain and update records related to admissions and client information

Oversee the implementation and enforcement of operational policies and standard operating procedures of the facility

Monitor and evaluate operational processes to ensure high standards of care and service delivery

Assist in budgeting and financial planning for operational expenses, ensuring cost-effective operations

Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees

Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures

Support administrative functions such as billing, documentation, and reporting, including preparing operational reports for senior management

Requirements/Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or related field (preferred)

Experience in operations or administrative roles, preferably in healthcare or addiction treatment

Strong organizational, financial management, and multitasking skills

Knowledge of addiction treatment and mental health services (preferred)

Strong proficiency in budget management, financial reporting, and Microsoft Excel

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software

Work schedule:
Full-time

Monday - Friday, 9.00 am - 5.00 pm (with occasional weekends as needed)

Expected salary range: RM2500 - 4000

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
