**Role: Project Administrator**
- Keep the PMO/project calendars up-to-date.
- Schedule regular meetings, record decisions/minute-taking, and follow up with PIC (person in-charge) on action items.
- Retrieve / analyse / compile information required for discussion / decision / reporting ahead of PMO / project meetings.
- Maintain financial record and ensure it is accurate and up-to-date for timely submission.
- Maintain, update, and circulate the latest PMO documentations to target audience.
- Proactively analyse, trend, and track project performance measures and share findings with Reporting Manager on time.
- Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Provide support to the project team as directed by the Reporting Manager.
**Main Responsibility**:
- Performing and providing project analysis & support for Project Management Office
- Creates, manages and distributes PMO dashboard and share analysis findings
- Maintains project assets, communications and repository
- Evaluates and monitors project progress against target
- Reviews, and reports on project budget utilization
- Performs regular project analysis and report irregularity to VP of PMO
- Notifies project team when project anomalies are discovered
- Project Analysis
▪ Perform analytical tasks to make sure the project is supporting its goals and
objectives.
- Monitoring and Tracking
▪ Perform tracking and forecasting of financial data, project evaluation and monitoring,
maintaining compliance with corporate, and brands & comm.
- Reporting
▪ Look at key performance indicators and create a regular variance report to help the
project manager track the project’s progress compared to the project plan.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology
/ Finance / Business Administration or any other fields
- Experience : ▪ Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience is required. Fresh grads
with distinction result and love analysis work are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum 1-year good experience with Excel and formula
- Experience in MS Project will be added advantage.
- Good interpersonal skills; have courage in engaging all stakeholders
- Demonstrate ability to multi-task and deliver results as an independent contributor and as a team player.
- Skills : Good presentation/reporting skill and communication skills. Good command of English, both written and verbal.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,600.00 per month
