HR Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Maintain and update employee records.
- Support payroll processing and attendance tracking.
- Help organize training and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure HR policies and compliance are followed.
- Assist in coordinating meetings and interviews.
- Handle HR-related inquiries and administrative tasks.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 1 Year experience
- Strong communication & organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- High attention to detail & ability to handle confidential information.
