- **Brew Crew Opportunity**_

Our Global Brew Crew is seeking an Industrial & Employee Relations (IR&ER) Specialist, responsible for handling all aspects of employee relations and industrial relations, including managing disputes, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and promoting a positive work environment.

This role involves working closely with management and employees to resolve conflicts, improve workplace policies, and enhance overall employee satisfaction.
- **Key Responsibilities**_

In this role, you will:

- Manage and resolve industrial disputes, grievances, and conflicts between employees and management while upholding legal and ethical standards.
- Liaise and represent the company in negotiations with regulatory agencies, arbitrators, mediators, auditors, trade unions and government bodies eg. Labour Department / IR Department advocating where required.
- Ensure full compliance with Malaysian labor laws, regulations, and industrial agreements.
- Prepare and submit necessary documentation for labor disputes and negotiations.
- Plan and manage Employee Relations programmes and initiatives to create harmonious relationships and a conducive working environment amongst employees and the management.
- Handle Team Member’s misconduct issues such as to conduct counselling, issue show cause, warning, suspension, termination, and other related to IR letter.
- Advise management on employee relations policies and practices.
- Conduct technical or domestic inquiry as part of the investigation.
- Assist to ensure employee disciplinary issues are implemented and in accordance with the Company Code of Conduct, Employment Act 1955, and Industrial Relations Act 1967.
- Develop, update, and implement HR and ER SOPs, processes, and tools to deliver required changes at all levels of the organisation in accordance with local labor laws.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on relevant employment laws, regulations, and industry trends, advising management on compliance requirements and best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of employee relations issues, grievances, and resolutions ensuring the confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Prepare regular reports on employee relations activities and trends for management.
- **Your Ingredients**_
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 5 years of working experience in general HR, especially in employee or industrial relations.
- Well-versed in Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relation Act 1967, and other related Act.
- Possess strong communication skills and details oriented.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidentiality and respect for the privacy of employee records.
