**Job Requirements**

1. At least 2-3 years of experience in Human resource field

2. Basic knowledge in Labour Law

3. At least Degree in Human Resource or any related field.

4. Able to obliged to the task given and complete the task that have been set by KPIs

5. Good work ethics, motivated, self-learner and able to work under pressure.

6. Positive working attitude with pleasant and excellent interpersonal skills

7. Good communication in Malay and English

**Responsibilities**:
1. Manages the entire recruitment cycle by sourcing, short listing, scheduling interview and offer employment, to fulfil the manpower needs of the company.

2. Arranging and conducting face-to-face interview sessions with the concerned person

3. Conducting necessary background checks

4. Involve in induction and on-boarding which include giving offer letter with brief working agreement or policies

6. Responsible for Employee Relations and welfare of the employees

7. Able to conduct counselling for staff who has discipline issue and notify the HR Manager to issue Warning Letters

8. Oversees general office administration, such as office equipment & maintenance, coordinate the HR meeting every two weeks once, changes password for company alarm HQ and register/renew Port Klang Free Industrial Pass for new join/exist staff

9. Assist senior in performance appraisal

10. Keeping track in turnover rate

11. Workforce management, statutory compliance, compensation and benefits.

12. Any ad-hoc task will be informed by superior form time to time.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
