Role Summary

As an HR Generalist at Courtsite, you'll play a key role in shaping our employee experience and supporting our growing team. Reporting directly to the Co-founder, you'll manage the full spectrum of HR from recruitment and operations to culture and engagement, ensuring our people and processes run smoothly as we scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee HR operations including payroll, leave, and employee records management.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives that strengthen team connection and morale.
  • Partner with leaders to drive a positive and performance-focused culture.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
  • Support compliance with HR policies and local employment laws.

Role Requirements:

  • Strong HR generalist experience across recruitment, HR operations, and culture.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Demonstrated consultative approach with strong problem-solving skills.
