**Purchasing Administrator**
- Generate various reports for supplier On Time Deliveryn (OTD), weekly report etc.
- Raising purchase orders, on time in full, for Delta Mobrey manufacturing sites.
- Checking MTMS data is available for new parts.
Where data is not available, reporting and liaising with Sourcing teams to gather data urgently. Work with Engineering for any new drawings required.
- Prepare supporting information for cost negotiation with suppliers, including usage information, engineering data/drawings, annual spend with supplier.
- Liaise with Engineering team to raise Change Requests and drawing updates as required.
- Analyse of monthly root cause of supplier quality.
- Liaison with the suppliers for credit notes and corrective and preventative actions received (escalate to Procurement leader if necessary).
- Active in all department projects.

- Experience of working for an international company

- Experience of working within a global supply base
- Experience of dealing with supplier quality issues and administration of quality
- Experience of supplier negotiation and development of suppliers
- Experience of working with high precision complex parts

- Have good spoken & written English, a “Can Do” attitude and be ready for a challenge.
- Be tenacious but approachable when resolving problems
