**Responsibilities**:

- Facilitate the expansion of loans for large corporate clients of the company.
- Evaluate the financial structure and risk management of businesses to assess loan eligibility.
- Provide advisory services and introduce bank products to foster and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients.
- **Primary Duties**:_

**Business Development**:

- Expand and maintain a profitable client portfolio through proactive relationship management.
- Focus on understanding the financial needs of target clients and effectively communicate the bank's value proposition.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of bank products and services to recommend suitable solutions to clients.
- Achieve designated production goals by actively engaging in the sales management process.
- Participate in community events and networking initiatives to enhance the bank's visibility.
- Utilize the bank's CRM system effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking and relationship management, with a strong grasp of economic dynamics.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, systematic thinking, and effective communication abilities.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English; fluency in Chinese or Japanese is advantageous.
- Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Exemption from military service.

**Required Skills**:

- Profound understanding of financial analysis, investment portfolio management, and forecasting.
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to engage with executive-level management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to RM15,000.00 per month
