**Job Scope**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, responding to inquiries and providing solutions to customer issues.
- Provide information regarding products, services, and promotions in both Chinese and English (or other language as required).
- Resolve customer complaints, troubleshoot technical issues, and offer appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Record customer interactions in the system, ensuring all details are accurate and up-to-date.
- Follow company procedures and scripts to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets, including call handling time, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues that may require further assistance.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, services, and promotions.
- Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction and resolve any ongoing issues.
**Job Requirements**:
- **Language Proficiency**: Fluency in both spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) and English. Additional language proficiency is a plus.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- **Experience**: Previous customer service or call center experience is an advantage.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to express ideas clearly and professionally.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to identify problems and provide effective solutions under pressure.
- **Customer-Oriented**: Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to maintain accurate records and ensure customer inquiries are resolved correctly.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to work in rotating shifts, weekends reference to US timing zone.
**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.71 - RM11,000.00 per month
