**Key Responsibilities**:
**Purchase Order Processing**:

- Support the Warehouse Department in the daily processing of **purchase orders**.
- Verify price lists, check inventory availability, and process **sales purchase orders**.
- Issue sales invoices through **Navision** (training will be provided).
- Ensure all sales invoices and purchase orders are processed accurately and within strict deadlines.

**E-commerce Sales Order Management**:

- Monitor, verify, and process sales orders from **online platforms** such as **Lazada and Shopee** on a daily basis.
- Handle high-volume billing and sales order processing during major campaigns, including **9/9, 11/11, and 12/12**.

**Invoicing and Reporting**:

- Issue and submit sales invoices and relevant reports to management as required.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding billing and orders in a timely and professional manner.

**Communication**:

- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and invoice management.

**Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all purchase orders, invoices, and sales activities.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies regarding documentation and reporting.

**Proficiency in MS Excel**:

- Utilize **MS Excel** for data management, including the use of formulas like **PIVOT tables** and **VLOOKUP**.
- Analyze and verify data to ensure the accuracy of inventory and purchase orders.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1 year of experience** in processing orders from **Lazada** and **Shopee** or similar platforms.
- Proven experience handling high-demand campaigns such as **9/9, 11/11, and 12/12**.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage **high-volume billing**.
- Proficiency in **MS Excel**, including advanced formulas (PIVOT, VLOOKUP).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines daily.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in **basic English**.

**Additional Information**:

- Training on **Navision** will be provided.
- Work in a **basic English-speaking environment**.
- Permanent employment.

Pay: Up to RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
