**Key Responsibilities**:
- Welcome guests with energy and warmth, offering an outstanding first impression of the WOLO brand.
- Conduct check-in and check-out process efficiently using the hotel system.
- Assist guest with request and inquiries.
- Anticipate guest needs and take proactive steps to enhance their overall experience.
- Maintain high standards of grooming while on duty.
- Handle room assignments, key issuance, and payment procedures accurately.
- Maintain and update guest profiles and preferences in the system.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering for room readiness and service recovery.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
- Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of front desk or guest service experience preferred.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are a plus.
- Energetic, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for people and service.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
