**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Supervising and coordinating the daily activities of the production team to meet operational and productivity targets
- Monitoring production processes, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to improve efficiency
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
- Providing leadership, training, and performance management to production staff
- Collaborating with other departments to optimise workflow and resolve any issues
- Reporting on production metrics and recommending process improvements
- For Manager level, supporting effort to promote and develop the use of the materials and techniques

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience for Supervisor, and degree for Manager level

**MINIMUM YEARS OF EXPERIENCE**:

- 10 years of work experience for Manager

**TYPE OF EXPERIENCE**
- Significant experience as a Production Site Supervisor or similar role in construction material/construction
- Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and continuous improvement methodologies
