Inside Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Support SMB. This role is focused on providing sales support and assistance to Small and Medium Business (SMB) resellers within the computer and networking industry. The Inside Sales Support SMB will be responsible for contacting resellers, providing information about our products and services, and facilitating the onboarding process for interested parties.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Contact SMB resellers to share information about our products and services.
- Conduct outbound calls to present services and answer any queries or concerns.
- Assist resellers with onboarding processes upon interest in our offerings.
- Source potential leads through personal LinkedIn profile when necessary.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue and sales goals set for the assigned territory.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and support.
**Requirements**:
- **Fluent in Cantonese and English languages.**:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology or Computer Studies preferred.
- 3-4 years of Inside Sales IT sales experience, with a strong understanding of IT hardware products.
- Experience in partner/distributor sales is advantageous.
- Proven sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Must have cold calling experience and possess an aggressive sales attitude.
- Willingness to work and relocate to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
**Performance Measurement**:
- Achievement of monthly revenue/sales goals, with a target of $10,000 per month.
- Territory management effectiveness in supporting assigned SMB resellers.
- Customer retention rates and satisfaction levels.
- Adherence to daily cold calling targets (30-40 calls per day).
- Contribution to overall team success and collaboration.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM5,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
