The **Admissions Manager **at Stellar International School (SIS) is responsible for creating and executing strategies to boost student enrollment. They report directly to the Board of Directors and work closely with the School Operations Managers and the Admissions Team. The role involves various responsibilities and qualifications:

**Admissions**:
- Develop admissions systems and processes to support growth.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure adherence to policies and the school's admissions plan.
- Provide training for admissions staff in sales and customer service.
- Maintain an effective reporting system for admission monitoring.
- Participate in events and activities to promote enrollment.
- Propose and execute strategies like organising exhibitions and roadshows.
- Collaborate with academic, marketing, and administrative teams for school events.
- Update student databases and ensure timely updates in the Ministry of Education's online system.
- Work with management to achieve marketing and enrollment targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and maintain professional networks.
**Corporate Sales**:
- Collaborate with PR & Marketing and Business Development to develop and deliver corporate sales programs.
- Identify, maintain, and develop business networks and partnerships with prospective companies/organisations and agents for admission/sales growth.
**Community Liaison**:
- Foster and maintain effective business relationships within internal and external communities.
- Attend networking events, such as chambers of commerce and embassies, to boost corporate sales.
- Address other admission-related matters as requested by the Director Of Admission.
**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:
- Hold a Bachelor's or higher degree in Sales/Marketing/Communications/PR or related fields.
- Possess 3-5 years of experience in Admissions/Sales/Marketing management, with a preference for experience in a Preschool - Year 12 international school.
- Demonstrate knowledge of Malaysia's education laws, regulations, and practices.
**Skills**:
- Excel in communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and oral.
- Having additional proficiency in Mandarin and Korean (and other languages) is an added advantage.
- Work independently under pressure in various locations.
- Maintain a goal-oriented, organised approach to meeting sales targets.
- Exhibit motivational and inspirational leadership skills.
- Utilise iSAMS School Management Information System software (experience is a plus).
The Admissions Manager's role is pivotal in driving student enrollment and maintaining effective relationships with the community and corporate partners. It requires expertise in admissions, sales, and marketing, strong communication and leadership skills, and familiarity with Malaysia's educational laws and regulations.
