Customer Service Executive

Patiently listen to customer's inquiries or problems
- Deliver polite and accurate responses to customers in a timely manner
- Foster and build relationships with customers
- Follow company procedures, guidelines and policies set
- To serve Singaporean customer
**REQUIREMENTS: -**
- EXCELLENT command of English (spoken & written)
- Preferably with 1-3 years of customer service experience in a contact center OR banking/insurance industry
- MUST have exposure to insurance & credit card (either selling or as a consumer)
- Applicant must be well versed with mobile apps
- Strong Communication Skills and Ability to Multi-Task
- Dynamic, energetic, and result-oriented team player with good interpersonal skills
- *MUST BE ABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY*
- *MUST BE WILLING TO BE BASED IN OFFICE SECTION 13, PETALING JAYA*
- Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm
- To observe Singapore Public Holiday
