**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic HR & Organizational Development**
- Lead and manage HR operations for all brands across MY & SG.
- Formulate and implement strategic HR initiatives, manpower planning, and organizational development programs.
- Ensure full compliance with local employment laws and labor regulations in both countries.
- Serve as HR advisor to branch supervisors on complex employee relation and legal issues.

**2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition**
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment for HQ and branch-level roles, including senior hires
- Approve job ads, offer letters, and recruitment decisions.
- Coordinate with recruitment agencies and manage internal talent pipelines.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, interview schedules, and headcount monitoring dashboards.

**3. Onboarding & Staff Development**
- Supervise onboarding processes across Malaysia and Singapore branches.
- Ensure timely contract signing, document collection, and smooth integration of new hires.
- Assign and monitor training reminders; support managers to follow through on staff development KPIs.
- Oversee documentation for foreign hires (e.g., CPF, Work permit in SG).

**4. Payroll & HR Operations**
- Review and approve Payroll Notice Records (hires, exits, salary adjustments).
- Validate commission calculations for SG & MY brands and ensure payroll accuracy across all entities.
- Work with Finance team to finalize end-of-month payrolls, PCB uploads, and CPF contributions.

**5. Talent & Performance Management**
- Lead post-payroll HR review meetings and drive performance improvement plans.
- Track probation status, resignations, internal transfers, and promotions.
- Conduct structure reviews and support leadership in organizational planning.

**6. HR Data, Reporting & Compliance**
- Review HR monthly reports on recruitment, attrition, headcount, and performance.
- Support HR audits and ensure documentation meets internal and external audit requirements.
- Maintain accurate HR records, policies, and filing systems (digital and physical).

**7. Team Leadership**
- Manage and coach the Assistant HR Manager, HR Officer, and HR Intern.
- Delegate tasks effectively, monitor execution quality, and drive accountability.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Admin, or related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years HR generalist experience, including 2-3 years in a managerial or regional role.
- Experience handling both Malaysia and Singapore HR operations preferred.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, payroll processes, and recruitment trends.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
- Proficient in Excel, HR systems, and cloud-based documentation tools.
- Must able to speak, read & write in English & MANDARIN

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
