**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies and educational institutions for talent pipeline development.
**2. Employee Relations**:
- Handle employee relations matters, addressing grievances and conducting investigations when necessary.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement initiatives.
**3. HR Policies and Procedures**:
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in line with Malaysian labor laws and organizational needs.
- Ensure employees are aware of and adhere to company policies.
**4. Performance Management**:
- Manage the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to managers and employees.
- Work with leadership to identify and address performance issues.
**5. Training and Development**:
- Identify training needs, coordinate training programs, and assess their effectiveness.
- Support employee development initiatives to enhance skills and capabilities.
**6. Compensation and Benefits**:
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with local regulations.
- Conduct periodic salary reviews and benchmarking.
**7. Legal Compliance and Foreign Worker Application**:
- Stay updated on Malaysian labor laws and regulations, especially those related to foreign workers.
**8. HR Administration**:
- Oversee HR administrative functions, including maintaining accurate employee records and managing HR systems.
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- Preferably Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Being a team player, maintaining a positive attitude, demonstrating independence, and possessing strong problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with the HR software of iFlexi and JustLogin are preferred.
**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
