**Key Responsibilities**:
Work closely with the senior leadership team to align HR strategies with business objectives, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous growth.
Design and implement comprehensive HR strategies to facilitate rapid growth, including talent acquisition, learning and development, compensation, benefits, and performance management systems.
Maintain a pulse on the organization's culture, advocating for initiatives that support employee engagement, retention, and the fostering of a positive work environment.
Manage organizational change effectively, maintaining clear communication and minimizing employee turnover during periods of growth and transition.
Act as a consultant to managers on human resources issues and challenges.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; a master's degree or relevant certification (such as SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP) is preferred.
Proven experience as an HR Manager, particularly within an organization that has experienced significant growth (5-10x in size).
Strong understanding of the rapid pace, changing roles, and potential roadblocks associated with high-growth environments.
Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices.
Demonstrable experience with HR metrics and ability to use data for decision-making.
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface at all levels of the organization.
Proven capability to work with agility in a rapidly changing environment and manage multiple priorities.
