**Key Responsibilities**:

- Shadowing our current Servicenow Lead in day to day activities to capture knowledge, ensure documentations are completed for business continuity.
- Fully understand all integrations, system set ups
- Lead the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow ITOM solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Design, configure, and maintain the CMDB, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Implement and promote the ITSM framework to standardize and enhance service management practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop functional specifications, and deliver effective ServiceNow solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on ITOM, CMDB, and ITSM functionalities.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of the CMDB to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within ServiceNow.
- Stay updated on ServiceNow releases and new features, recommending enhancements that benefit the organization.

Specifically,:

- Currently running a CMDB implementation which we will need expertise to validate vendor processes (this is mainly being completed by our vendor)
- Collaborate and engage business stakeholders as part of the day to day operations and suggest workflow solutions based on best practices
- Manage, coach and mentor a team of 4 developers that work across BAU and Projects, managing priorities, roadmap,
- Provide architectural guidance

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM12,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
