**Responsibilities**:
- Provides customer focused HR programs, services and consultation to enhance individual, team, management and business performance consistent with company’s values, philosophies, policies and programs.
- Responsible for worldwide employee data management, including setting up new employee records, acquisitions, mass changes handling, maintaining up-to-date employee data.
- Provides HR services/support/consultation to employees and managers across regions.
- Ensures data entry processes are SOX compliant and internal controls are in accordance to audit guidelines.
- Ensures requests are attended on timely manner as per Service Level Agreement.
- Works on human resources assignments/projects with broadly defined objectives and delivers as per timeline agreed.
- Strict observance of data privacy at all times.
- Solves straight-forward issues, challenges and problems within field of specialization.
- May be responsible for development, implementing, and administering compensation and/or benefits programs within the organization; typical assignments may include assessing competitive practices and organization's competitive position for specific programs, developing recommendations for actions or programs, preparing reports and recommendations related to programs.
- May be responsible for providing HR services/support for Agilent managers, including performance management support, assistance in the escalation of employee grievance issues, liaison with workers’ councils and unions, policy/guideline interpretation, implementation of business events, acquisitions, workforce balancing, new employee orientation, etc.
- Business support incumbents provide business partner support for managers, including counseling senior business managers on people-related strategies and influencing global HR functions and HR service organizations based on people-related needs of business.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of Workday systems would be an added advantage.
- Strong in excel functionalities, preferably advance level.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A team player with pleasant personality, good attitude and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion.
- Strong sense of commitment and urgency to meet tight deadlines.
