**Responsibilities**:

- To perform sourcing, negotiate with suppliers and verify commercial terms before issue purchase order
- Work closely with suppliers and responsible for clarifying and negotiating with vendors on best pricing and delivery schedule.
- Assist in delivery planning, delivery control and stock control of materials.
- To interact with suppliers in case of delay, receipt of damage or incorrect quantity of goods.
- To ensure all documents are maintained in good filling system
- Ensure all invoices and delivery orders are checked, verified and matched before submission to Finance Department.
- Perform other duties as requested by Management.

**Job Requirements : -**
- Diploma or Degree in related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in purchasing field.
- Well verse in English and Bahasa Melayu
- Possess negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude, proactive and able to work independently and hardworking.
- Willing to work at Seksyen 32, Shah Alam

Working days : Monday to Friday (8:30am to 6:00pm)
Location : Seksyen 32, Shah Alam
