**Mandarin Customer Service Representative (Onsite)**
**Location**: Klang Valley
**Employment Type**: Full-Time (Yearly renewable Contract) | Onsite
**Joining Date**: 8th December 2025 onwards
**About the Position**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies
- Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary
- Maintain detailed and organized customer records
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Follow company guidelines, service standards, and workflows
**Qualifications**
- **Fluent in Mandarin** (native or near-native level) and proficient in English
- Prior customer service or call centre experience is an advantage
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills
- Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with computers and customer service systems
- Positive attitude, patience, and commitment to excellent customer support
