**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide professional administrative and secretarial support to the CEO.
- Review, draft, and manage legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Organize and coordinate CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Remind and prepare the CEO for upcoming meetings, deadlines, and key events.
- Act as a key liaison between the CEO and stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and accurate meeting minutes.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive corporate and legal information.
- Track deadlines, follow up on tasks, and support special projects.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Legal Executive.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field.
- Strong knowledge of legal documents, compliance, and contract management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proactive in managing schedules, setting reminders, and keeping the CEO on track.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, able to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,092.72 per month
